Mana Force is a practically irreplaceable skill for level 10-60 mages. You'll save a shitload of money off of this skill. No mana pots needed Runescape Gold at all, Recommended to be maxed as early as possible.
Magic Power is as u can tell by the name a skill that increases your magic attack. A good skill which gives you incredible damage for any level because of its both numeric and percentage damage. Recommend to max it but not as important as the skills before (except for energy jab).
Fire, Ice, Lightning, Energy Bolt are again skills that you only need on level 1 because if you leveled them more you'd spend your skill points on absolutely nothing of use.
Seize Nimbus is a skill that gives a ill defense and good resistance. Could be leveled but not really important...It's your choice
Fire Ball, Ice Wave, Chain Lightning are skill that skill aren't supposed to go anymore than level 1.Though you may be tempted to level them don't for reasons I mentioned about the upper spells.
Fire Blaze, Ice Spike, Lightning Chase are skills that are very good especially if you're in heiharp. Help you AOE level and also Fire Blaze deals alotta dmg. Still don't spend SP on them.
